Shipping Policy

Physical Products (Shipped Items)

We currently only ship physical products within the United States—digital products are available for instant download (see below).

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
• Shipping Method: We use [USPS/FedEx/UPS] to ship orders. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
• Shipping Locations: We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Contact@DragonflyCoveStudio.com with:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Digital Products (Instant Download)

All digital items are available for download immediately after purchase. A download link will be sent to your email. If you experience issues accessing your files, contact us at Contact@DragonflyCoveStudio.com.
