Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. However, all transactions, customer service, refunds, and disputes are handled directly by Dragonfly Cove Studio. Shopify does not process or manage refunds for our store.

Handmade & Custom Products: Due to the handmade nature of some of our products, slight variations may occur. We do not accept returns on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Pricing & Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders with incorrect pricing.
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of purchase by emailing contact@dragonflycovestudio.com.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy outlines our return and refund procedures. Digital products are non-refundable, and physical products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for issues such as damage.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified.
We accept payments through Shopify's secure checkout, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
Payments are processed securely, and we do not store or have access to your full payment details.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship within the United States. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, and delivery times vary based on location. For details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@dragonflycovestudio.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
